According to the website Sherdog, one day after Gesias Cavalcante's departure from the Dream lightweight GP, the ATT athlete is back fighting for the belt, this is what a source close to Gesias' gym informed the American website. Aoki suffered a facial injury during the fight in which he beat the Brazilian by the judges' decision. The injury will prevent the Japanese from participating in the semi-finals of the competition, which will take place on May 11th. Now it's up to the Brazilian to settle his contract with the show's organizers.
