Floyd Mayweather Jr. will face Tenshin Nasukawa at Rizin 14, December 31st, in Saitama, Japan. With less than a month to go before the meeting, 'Money's' press office announced the rules for the confrontation during a press conference held at the boxer's gym in Las Vegas this Thursday (06).

According to the North American website MMA Fighting, the exhibition fight will be guided by boxing rules. The confrontation will have three rounds of three minutes each. The fighters will use Rizin's eight-ounce gloves and the weight will be set at 67,7kg (147lb).
Finally, the fight will not have side judges. Thus, the fight will not have a winner if the duel does not end with a knockout.
In a statement released by Mayweather's advisors, he states that: “It will be a full-contact competition, but the fight will not count against the boxing or MMA records.”
Floyd Mayweather has a record of 50 fights and 50 wins. 'Money' came out of retirement three times. The last one was to fight McGregor in August 2017, when he knocked out the Irishman at 1:05 of the tenth round.
Nasukawa is a young athlete who is undefeated with 27 wins in 27 fights in kickboxing. He made his professional MMA debut in 2016 and remains unbeaten after four fights at Rizin.
