The Madame Tussauds wax museum paid tribute to the former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion, Conor McGregor. The fighter was immortalized through a statue that will be displayed at its headquarters in New York (USA). The sculpture was revealed to the public on Thursday (08).
McGregor's statue will be located in the Sports Zone space along with Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Muhammad Ali. Chuck Liddell was the first UFC fighter to be represented in the museum.
The museum's representations of celebrities impress with their attention to detail. McGregor's characteristics such as his beard, tattoos and his features were highlighted in his sculpture.
The Madame Tussauds wax museum has statues of sports, music and political celebrities such as Barack Obama, Muhammad Ali, Marilyn Monroe, Madonna, Donald Trump and Frank Sinatra.
