Chris Cyborg faces Amanda nunes in the first women's superfight for the featherweight belt at UFC 232 on December 29th. Before that, Valentina Shevchenko face Joanna Jedrzejczyk for the vacant flyweight title at UFC 231 on December 8th. To overcome their challenges, the fighters joined forces during combat training. On Thursday (25) the Brazilian posted a video on her social networks showing the athletes' preparation.
In the compiled images, Valentina demonstrates combinations of blows such as knees and elbows. The Kyrgyz fighter fought with Amanda on two occasions and can demonstrate how the Brazilian's game works. Shevchenko faced the 'Leoa' in 2016 and 2017 at UFC 196 and 215. In both clashes, the Bahian won by decision of the judges. Cyborg also shared her experience from 13 years in professional MMA, where she proved to be relentless among women.
Cristiane Justino has a record of 20 wins and just one loss. The native of Paraná, who hasn't lost since 2005 and will make her third title defense in the Octagon.
