Brazilian Diego Nunes already has a date and opponent set for his return to the UFC. The Nova União athlete, who is on a good run of four wins in five fights, will face the tough German Dennis Siver at UFC on Fuel 2, an event scheduled to take place on April 14, in Stockholm, Sweden. The news was revealed by the Swedish website “MMA Nytt”.
Siver, who switched from lightweight to featherweight, will make his debut in the new division. The German athlete, who has a professional record of 19 wins and eight losses, comes from a setback in the organization, when he was submitted by Donald Cerrone at UFC 137. In turn, Diego, who has a record of 17 wins and two losses, is looking to score his third UFC triumph. In his last appearance, the Brazilian defeated the Armenian Manny Gamburyan, in a unanimous decision by the judges, at UFC 141.
