Wanderlei Silva meets Rampage Jackson tonight at Bellator 206

Fourth meeting between Wand and Rampage promises to put an end to one of the biggest rivalries in sport; Fight takes place this Saturday, starting at 23pm

One of the biggest classics in world MMA shakes up this Saturday night (29). Nothing less than a history of 100 battles will take place in the circular cage of Bellator 206. On one side Wanderlei Silva with 50 professional fights, on the other Quinton Rampage Jackson with another 50 duels behind him. The superfight marks the fourth meeting between the sporting legends. In previous editions, there were many provocations and overwhelming knockouts.

Tonight's fight will be the first in the heavyweight division (up to 120 kg.). The three previous duels were contested in the light heavyweight category (up to 93 kg.). Wanderlei won his first two fights, at the now defunct Japanese Pride event, in 2003 and 2004. The 'Crazy Dog' applied hard knees and even left his rival hanging from the ring ropes. Rampage He got payback in the UFC in 2008, when with an impressive punch he erased the man from Paraná. Now, they come face to face again with the promise of a knockout.
