Sanchez went all in on White, who waited to try to land a guillotine choke. Diego resisted the pressure and got a takedown after lifting him. On the ground, the veteran remained on top, putting pressure on his opponent who could only defend himself. 'Nightmare' applied blows from top to bottom, but without force until the bell sounded.

The second round began with a new attack from Sanches on White, knocking him down and managing to get on top once again. Diego kept the pressure on and hit a pedal stroke that wasn't efficient. Craig was looking for an opening to finish, but the veteran, using his experience, didn't allow it and maintained control over his opponent in the round.

In the final round, Sanchez attacked Craig once again, but received a counter blow and appeared to have been knocked out. Even so, Diego managed to put his rival on the ground and stay on top. The veteran maintained control, but no longer attacked due to fatigue. White also had no reaction, he tried to look for an opening for a submission, but he could only defend himself. The fight ended as it began: with 'Nightmare' in the 'Thundercat' guard.
