MMA fighters run the risk of serious injuries during training and fights throughout their careers, but the featherweight Bryce mitchell experienced an unusual situation during a home renovation. The American, who participated in the last season of TUF – the UFC reality show – said that he tore his scrotum during a procedure (see the photo of the shorts below).
Through his Facebook account, Mitchell detailed the fact in a humorous way. “I was holding a board over my head with a drill in my pants. I was measuring the board and the drill activated and tangled my balls in it. I released the board, reversed the drill and released my bag, but it was torn in half. I’m serious,” the fighter wrote on the social network.
After reporting the incident, Mitchell also asked that no one make fun of the situation he was experiencing. “If you’re going to make fun of me, at least think a little first,” he added.
If the situation outside the octagon is worrying, inside it 'Thug Nasty', as he is known, is having a good time. The 23-year-old athlete has a record of 10 wins in 10 fights. In his last appearance, he defeated Tyler Diamond at the TUF 27 Finale in July.
