Just like in the first edition of UFC Rio, Brazilians who tried to buy tickets for UFC 142, an event that takes place on January 14th, in the capital of Rio de Janeiro, also had a lot of difficulty purchasing tickets through Tickets.com. Throughout Wednesday night, those interested in purchasing tickets complained about the instability of the website responsible for selling them.
“For a change, it is impossible to buy tickets. After filling in everything and confirming, the error appears”, said an internet user on Twitter.
“While it took me two hours to buy a UFC RIO 2 ticket on Ingresso.com, it took me five minutes on Ticket Master for Lesnar vs. Overrem (at UFC 141)”, said another internet user.
Despite complaints from interested parties, there are still tickets for sale on the Ingresso.com website. By early afternoon this Thursday, only the most affordable ticket, the grandstand costing R$275, had been sold out.
