O UFC encourages the use of Twitter by fighters, including distributing cash prizes to those who make good use of the microblog. But that wasn't the case with American Miguel Torres. The former WEC bantamweight champion published a sentence this week making a bad joke related to rape. UFC president Dana White wasn't happy and fired him.
“There are times when things happen and mistakes are made. I can't defend Miguel Torres, I can't defend what he said. What he said doesn't make any sense other than 'It was a joke'. Well, I didn't think that was a funny joke. I think it's concerning,” White told SI.com.
This wasn't the first case of a fighter getting into trouble with some kind of bad joke. Forrest griffin had been criticized for publishing a tweet similar in content to that of Torres a few months ago. Rashad evans also made a wrong tone when joking about a case of rape of minors during the UFC On FOX 2 press conference last Wednesday. Only Miguel Torres was fired from the UFC.
Fatal change? Makhachev ignores warning and could end tragically at welterweight!

Could you post what the guy said, right? Let's look into the matter later guys...
No Daytor, what Miguel Torres wrote could not be said. These are strong and profanity terms.
Because the news is about the dismissal and not about what MIguel Torres said!
I hope that any doubts regarding the text have been resolved.
Graciously
