The Singapore Indoor Stadium will be home to Ultimate on the Asian continent for the second time this Saturday (23). This time, the main fight will be between UFC veteran, Donald Cerrone and the English fighter, Leon edwards. They create a clash of generations, while the North American was born in 1983, 'Rocky' came into the world in 1991.

For the evening's co-main event, Ovince St Preux face Tyson Peter by light heavyweights. The Haitian is looking for his first victory this year over the Australian.
Brazil will have two representatives on this Saturday's preliminary card, Felipe 'Sertanejo' Arantes and Viviane 'Sucuri' Pereira. Ceará faces yan xiaonan in the straw category. The São Paulo native faces Yadong Song in the bantamweight division.
The main fight
The climate has already warmed among North Americans, Donald Cerrone and the Jamaican, Leon edwards during 'Media Day' on Thursday (21). Since then, the welterweights have exchanged many 'barbs' in their press interviews.
The American believes that the Jamaican is being an 'idiot' trying to imitate the interim welterweight champion, Colby covington. Edwards claims not to be a fan of Cerrone, even so, Cowboy is one of the most beloved fighters in MMA today.
This Friday, during the weigh-in confrontations, Cerrone did not want to engage in Edwards' provocation.
Donald Cerrone The 35-year-old is coming off a triumph over Yancy Medeiros in February this year and is looking to achieve a winning streak. In 2017, Cowby lost three fights in a row to Jorge MAsvidal, Robbie Lawler and Darrent Till.
At 26 years old, Leon edwards has five wins in a row over Dominic Waters, Albert Tumenov, Vincent Luque, Bryan barberena and Peter Sobotta. His last defeat was to Kamaru Usman in December 2015.
The 'Brazilian' representatives
The first to enter the Ultimate Octagon this Saturday is Viviane 'Sucuri' Pereira. She stares at the Chinese woman, XiaonanYan in women's strawweight. The Ceará team is looking to recover in Ultimate after a defeat to Tatiana Suarez placeholder image in November 2017. Sucuri had her first fight in the organization in December 2016 in a duel against Valerie Letourneau. Her record has 14 fights and only one loss.
The tendency is for the confrontation between the Brazilian and the Chinese to be defined in a stand-up game, as both fighters like striking.
the paulista Felipe Sertanejo Arantes also returns to the UFC cage looking for recovery after being defeated twice to Josh Emmett and Erik Pérez.
The fighter will fight again in the bantamweight division, against Chinese prospect Yadong Song. In the UFC, Sertanejo does not have a consistent record, with 12 fights, five wins, five losses and one draw.
Even so, the Chute Boxe athlete has never been knocked out in his career and is a more complete fighter than his 20-year-old opponent.
