The title was won at KSW 24 in 2013 with a knockout victory over Polish combat sports legend Pawel Nastula. He defended his belt against James McSweeney, Rolles Gracie Jr. and Michal Kita before losing it at KSW 37 to Fernando Rodrigues Jr. After this fight, the Pole was out of action during 2017 treating an injury, but returns ready to recover. your post.

Filip Wolański x Daniel Torres

Wolanski arrives for this fight on the back of two consecutive victories over Bartłomiej Kopera and Denilson Neves. At 26 years old, the fighter is going through a great phase, with 10 victories in his last 11 commitments. His only defeat came at KSW 35, when he faced Marcin Wrzosek, former division champion. Now, he wants to continue this impressive trajectory against Daniel Torres, who will make his debut for KSW.

The Brazilian turned his career around after losing his first two professional fights, between the end of 2012 and mid-2013. Since then, he has won seven in his last eight fights, four of them by knockout. The 24-year-old fighter hopes to make his debut with the franchise on the right foot, silencing the Polish fans in Gdansk.

Chris Fields x Wagner Caiderão

UFC veteran Wagner Prado is KSW's newest signing, and in his debut, the Brazilian will face former Cage Warriors champion Chris Fields.

Since leaving Dana White's franchise at the beginning of 2013, Prado has gone on a run of four wins and just one defeat, against the Russian Magomed Ankalayev, at WFCA 38. In his last engagement, at Katana Fight, in November last year, he triumphed again in style by knocking out Armando Sixel with a knee.

Fields, in turn, has also accumulated victories since moving to the light heavyweight division. In his most recent fights, he submitted Dan Konecke in the first round at BAMMA 24, and then beat Michal Fijalka by unanimous decision in his debut for KSW.

The winner of this fight will most likely earn the right to fight for the belt against Tomasz Narkun, current champion of the light heavyweight division.

Just like Daniel Torres, Wagner Prado will not step into the Octagon as the favorite. His victory is priced at R$2,35/R$1,00, against the R$1,60/R$1,00 that will be paid if the winner is the Irishman.
