Chris Leben caught in UFC 138 drug test

the american Chris Leben is suspended from MMA competitions for 12 months. The fighter, who knocked out Wanderlei Silva at UFC 132, he was caught taking an anti-doping test, when he lost to Mark Munoz, in issue number 138 of Ultimate. In the exam carried out by the UFC, Leben was found to have oxycodone and oxymorphone, types of painkillers prohibited by the organization.

Shortly after the announcement, Dana White, president of the UFC, announced the suspension and said he was willing to help the fighter in his recovery.

“I like Chris and I want the best for him, but he was suspended for a year. If he needs professional help, we will help him,” said Dana White. In an official statement, Leben apologized for the mistake and said that he is often “his own worst enemy”.
