The main attraction will be the fight between the Brazilian Marlon moraes and the North American Jimmie rivera for the bantamweight division, but our country will still have two other representatives in the octagon. Lightweight Gleison Tibau faces Desmond Green, while bantamweight Johnny Eduardo measure forces with Nathaniel Wood. Both fights take place on the preliminary card, which is full of good profit opportunities.

Johnny Eduardo x Nathaniel Wood

UFC Utica will be a milestone in the bantamweight's career Johnny Eduardo, who on his return to the Octagon after breaking his foot in three different places, will be in his 40th fight as a professional. The prospects, however, are not good for the Brazilian, who is coming off a defeat to Matthew Lopez, and since his arrival in the UFC in 2011, he has alternated between good and bad results. The 39-year-old veteran has a record of 28 wins and 11 losses.

The English Nathaniel Wood will make his UFC debut after standing out in Cage Warriors, where he won his last four fights by knockout. At 25 years old, he has a record of 13 wins and two losses, and after crushing Luca Lovine in 52 seconds, he arrives at the new franchise wanting to prove himself.

PUBLICITY:

O oddsshark points to clear favoritism for Wood, with a return of 35%. If the Brazilian surprises, the bettor will pocket 3,2 times the amount invested.

Desmond Green x Gleison Tibau

Lightweight Gleison Tibau also spent a long time on the sidelines after being caught in a doping test at the end of 2015, and returned in January, being knocked out by Islam makhachev in just 57 seconds. The result, in fact, was a repeat of his two previous fights, in which he fell in the first round. The Brazilian with the most appearances in the UFC has a record of 33 wins and 13 losses, and urgently needs to win again.

Their hopes fall on Desmond Green's recent record, which comes from defeats to Rustam Khabilov and Michel Prazeres. Known as “The Predator”, the North American was unable to repeat the performance of his debut in the division, when he overcame Josh Emmett.

PUBLICITY:

Still, Green is the clear favorite to win the fight, with a return of R$1,35/R$1,00. The Brazilian's triumph is priced at R$3,20 for each real bet.

Belal Muhammad x Chance Rencountre

The victory of Belal Muhammad | about Chance Rencountre, in theory, is the biggest draw on the preliminary card. The North American of Palestinian origin is going through an excellent phase, and won his three fights in 2017, against Randy Brown, Jordan Mein and Tim means. His opponent, at first, would be Niko Price, who was injured, precipitating Recountre's debut in the franchise captained by Dana White.

Chance Recountre has a successful stint at Bellator, and arrives at the UFC on the back of a four-fight winning streak. A born knockout artist, he knocked out his opponent in six of the 12 victories on his record, which also includes two setbacks.

The lack of experience, added to the fact that he was selected at the last minute, makes him an underdog, and the return in case of victory will be four times the amount bet. For the most conservative, a Muhammad triumph guarantees a 25% return.

Nik Lentz x David Teymur

After the fight against Don Madge at UFC Liverpool, lightweight David Teymur made himself available to face Nik lentz, whose original opponent, Leonardo Santos, was also injured.

The change may not have been a good deal for the North American, who will now face a fighter who is undefeated in the UFC, and has an excellent record of seven wins and one loss.

Lentz, for his part, bounced back in style from his defeat to Islam makhachev at UFC 208 with a submission victory over his compatriot Will Brooks at Fight Night in Sydney. Achieving a second victory would be very important for the veteran, but his opponent is going through a great moment.

According to oddsshark, if the Swede confirms his favoritism the return will be R$ 1,33 per real bet. However, if Lentz wins in his country, the bettor will make a 230% profit.
