In an interview with the gossip website 'TMZ', VanZant said that she always wanted to have bigger breasts and took advantage of her time away from the octagon – she fractured her arm in her last fight in January this year – to undergo plastic surgery.

“Yes, I had breast surgery. I'm a girl and I've always wanted to have my own breasts. They never showed up, so I bought them,” Vanzant said.

Blonde, beautiful and good at fighting, she scored three consecutive victories and was invited to participate in 'Dancing With The Stars', a show that inspired Brazil's 'Dança dos Famosos'. In the attraction, Paige was one of the finalists and finished in second place.
