I can't see Shogun as a great champion, bro, the guy (in my opinion) doesn't have good movement, he's an easy target, feet stuck to the ground, slow, uncreative strikes when tired, swings with his shoulders (and not with feet) and without precision. Next… Shogun is one of the top light heavyweights in the UFC, and one of the best in the world. He fought a guy who was flying, and the shogun would have been able to win that fight. shogun is a very warrior, very technical and has a quality that is not easily acquired: Grit and Race.
I think the shogun needs to use his elbows more in the groundpound and forget about sock sweeps, his opponents are kind of vaccinated to that.
