This Friday (11), the American ESPN reported that UFC employees were robbed in the early hours of Thursday to Friday at a kiosk in Barra da Tijuca, in front of the hotel where the fighters are staying.

According to the Ag. Fight website, Ultimate employees were at a kiosk on Avenida Lucio Costa, at approximately 1 am, when they were robbed by three armed men who pretended to be customers. The thieves captured around twenty people who were there and took money and cell phones.
According to a report from ESPN, some of the employees who came to Brazil from the USA had their passports taken during the action. The UFC's press office said it will not communicate about what happened.
