Rousimar, who has a record of 13 wins and three losses, was also at the first edition of UFC Rio, in August, when he faced Dan Miller and defeated his opponent with a unanimous decision by the judges. It is worth highlighting that the fight against Dan Miller was marked by an unusual moment. After inflicting the second knockdown on his opponent, Toquinho went for a sequence of strikes on the ground, but stopped hitting, claiming that his opponent had given up. However, when he was already celebrating, referee Herb Dean warned the Brazilian that the fight would continue, as he had not stopped the fight. Toquinho returned to the contest, suffered a knockdown, was almost knocked out, but still won the fight with a unanimous decision from the judges.
In turn, Massenzio has a professional record of 13 wins and five losses. In his last appearance, the North American athlete comes from a triumph: over Steve Cantwell at UFC 136, in October this year.
