“This fight was very special for me, because I put a lot of work into the preparation, which makes me ready for whatever comes next. I've been through some difficult situations in my life and that's how things happen,” said Pitbull.
Thiago also commented on the difficulties he faced in making weight for the fight, where the fighter needed a second attempt to reach 77 kg, the limit for the welterweight division.
“Critics are very unfair to me. I won't need to lose weight again. I was calculating weight from another scale. It was a miscalculation, which will never happen again”, guaranteed Pitbull.
