Raphael Assunção faces Rob Font at UFC 226

Raphael Assunção has another important step in his search for a chance at the UFC bantamweight belt (up to 61,2 kg). Coming from three consecutive victories and occupying third place in the division rankings, the Brazilian faces the North American Rob font at UFC 226, an event scheduled for July 7th, in Las Vegas (USA). The fight was announced by the website 'Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The Pernambuco native's phase in the UFC is quite productive, as he has won 10 of the last 11 duels, losing only to the champion TJ Dillashaw, in a rematch. She occupies third place in the rankings and hopes that the victory can put her close to a chance at the belt.
