Former UFC champion reveals drama in her last Octagon fight and how husband Travis Browne helped her through difficult times

But the former champion's last moments in the octagon still haven't left the former bantamweight champion's mind. The North American, who was brutally knocked out by the Brazilian Amanda nunes at UFC 207, in December 2016, she said that she thought that 'God hated her'.

In an interview with the official WWE YouTube channel, Rousey detailed the difficult times she went through after the setback against Amanda and the help from her husband and fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne.

“I remember my last fight (against Amanda nunes), leaving thinking that God hated me. There was nothing left inside me. But my husband is an incredible person and has helped me a lot in difficult times,” said Rousey.

“He would stand by my side and tell me, 'You are more than a fighter.' It's not a bad thing and it's not something you have to feel ashamed of. It’s something I should value and show to the world and that’s why I’m here,” he added.
