The black belt Jose aldo took no notice of Kenny Florian and defeated the North American at UFC 136, defending the organization's featherweight belt. But the Brazilian's big victory was outside the Octagon. After the fight, Aldo and his coach, Dedé Pederneiras, put up for auction the material used by the fighter in the fight.
The banner used in Aldo's corner and a Nova União shirt, Aldo's team, autographed by the champion are up for auction on the Ebay website.
The amount raised will be donated to the communities of Morro Azul and Santo Amaro, in Rio de Janeiro, locations where Nova União maintains social projects.
