Lyoto Machida UFC 140 will be the biggest challenge of his career. “Anderson already called me and said he would like to go to my city (Belém do Pará) to train. He wants to show me some things and I'm waiting. I guarantee that I will be well prepared for this fight. I want to overcome him with my technique”, said a confident Lyoto.
UFC 140 will take place on December 10th in Toronto, Canada, a city that brings back good memories for the Brazilian, as it was there that Machida rediscovered his path to victory by knocking out legend Randy Couture at UFC 129 in April.
“Despite having faced a legend of the sport, the public received me very well. It’s an honor to return in such a short time and fight for the belt here”, he concluded.
