Patricky Pitbull promised and fulfilled! The Brazilian took no notice of Derek Campos and knocked out his rival in just over two minutes. With an overwhelming sequence of punches, the fighter from Rio Grande do Norte knocked down his rival three times and achieved a devastating technical knockout (watch the video below). The fight was the second most important fight at Bellator 194, an event held in the early hours of Saturday (17) in the city of Uncasville (USA).

Pitbull runs over Campos and gets close to the belt

Mitrione beats Nelson and advances in the heavyweight GP
It was tough, but Matt Mitrione defeated Roy Nelson, avenged the setback in the final of TUF 16 (the UFC reality show), in 2012, and advanced to the semifinals of the Bellator heavyweight GP. After 15 minutes of a balanced contest, but without great emotions, he won by majority decision of the judges (29-28, 28-28, 29-28). He took down Mitrione, struck from above and even locked one of his rival's arms on the ground and came close to turning the dispute around. Nelson even tried to land a katagatame, which was well defended by Matt.
In the end, one of the judges scored 10-8 in the third round and tied the fight, but the other two judges scored only 10-9 and Matt Mitrione took the fight in a majority way (29-28, 28-28, 29- 28).
