Rafael dos Anjos and gets angry with Tyron Woodley for a chance at the belt: 'Become a man…'

The Brazilian took to Twitter to complain to the welterweight champion after he suggested that his next fight would be against Nate Diaz

Rafael dos Anjos did not hide his irritation with the welterweight champion (up to 77,1 kg.) Tyron woodley. The Brazilian, ranked first in the category, is considered the next challenger for the belt, but is waiting for the North American to accept the fight. This Wednesday (07), RDA lost patience when Woodley commented that Nate diaz would be his next opponent in the octagon.

In an interview with ESPN in the United States, the welterweight champion revealed that he fights Nate diaz, who hasn't fought since August 2016, is close to being made official. Without wasting time, Rafael took to Twitter and spared no criticism of the champion.

“Become a man and stop talking about a fight that doesn't make sense, everyone knows that I'm the real challenger. You want to face a guy who has never beaten a real welterweight in his life. What a shame…” dos Anjos wrote on the microblog.

Rafael dos Anjos has a professional record of 28 wins and nine losses. The Brazilian, who is a former lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg), moved up the welterweight division and won three fights in the new category. In his last presentation, in December 2017, he was not aware of Robbie Lawler and won the dispute with a unanimous decision by the judges.

In turn, Woodley has a record of 18 wins, three losses and one draw. The American won the belt in July 2016 by beating Robbie Lawler by technical knockout in the first round. Since then, he has defended the title on three occasions, the last being against the Brazilian Mayan Demian, at UFC 214, in July last year.
