“I'm very happy for her. She loves professional wrestling and has always been a huge fan, so I know how much this means to her. She continues to achieve everything she ever wanted,” commented Dana White.

Ronda was responsible for changing the leader's mind, who even said that women would never fight in the UFC. After a legendary run in Strikeforce, Rousey was signed by UFC and debuted in 2013. She went on to defend her title five times, before being knocked out by Holly holm in November 2015. In December of the following year, she returned to seek the belt again, but ended up being knocked out again, this time by Amanda nunes, the current champion.
