Bisping refuses rematch with Vitor Belfort: 'He's a hypocrite'

English recalled eye injury in fight with Brazilian and said he will use steroids in his last fight

While Vitor belfort campaigns to face Michael Bisping In his farewell fight, the Englishman maintains that there is “no chance” of him fighting the Brazilian again. The former middleweight champion harshly criticized the Phenomenon, accusing him of being a hypocrite, in addition to commenting that it is possible that Belfort will use steroids in his last fight, as he will retire afterwards.

During his podcast, “Believe You Me”, Bisping also recalled the eye injury suffered in the first fight with Vitor, in which he lost by knockout in the second round, after the Brazilian landed a well-aimed kick on the main attraction of the UFC Sao Paulo January 2013.

In the duel with Belfort, Bisping suffered a retinal dislocation in his right eye due to the kick that knocked him out and was using TRT (Testosterone), which was permitted at the time, which led the Englishman to say that the Brazilian was using “steroids”, since TRT was banned a few months later.
