Full of morale after knockout José Aldo twice in a row, Max Holloway taunted his next opponent, former champion Frankie Edgar. The Hawaiian will defend his title against “The Answer” at UFC 222 on March 3 and said he is looking for some answers, making a pun on his rival's nickname.

In an interview with the North American website “FloCombat”, Holloway declared that he wanted to fight in Las Vegas and asked to enter UFC 222 specifically to face Edgar – the two had agreed to compete at UFC 218, but the former champion suffered an injury in the face and was replaced by Aldo.
“The UFC needed a main fight for the Las Vegas event and I have been asking for some time to fight there. I have a lot of questions and I hear this man has answers. We'll find out on March 3rd. I can't wait for this fight. Some things happened and we couldn't fight the first time, so I think it makes sense to come back and try to schedule this fight again”, commented Holloway, who guaranteed his best version against the former champion.
“I just turned 26 and I’ll be here for a long time. It's a question of self-confidence. I absolutely believe in myself and the work I do. I never work less. I am always 100% in these areas. I always bring my best and that’s what fans can expect from me at UFC 222,” he declared.
