"Jon Jones There are still many fights to be had in the category. I can't answer that question (about the fight against Anderson), but we'll see. There are guys among the light heavyweights who have been fighting for the belt for a long time and deserve the opportunity to fight before a super fight,” said Dana.

The director also revealed that Jones' next title defense against Rashad evans, his former teammate, is not yet scheduled, as the champion wants to rest with his family after the fight against Rampage.

“I still don’t know when they (Jones and Rashad evans) will fight. Jones is complaining of a lot of pain, he wants to spend some time with his family, so we’re going to give him a few weeks to rest”, he concluded.
