Known for his fighting films in the 90s, Jean Claude Van Damme showed that he is still in shape. Even at 57 years old, the Belgian actor showed off his skills during a training session with the former UFC champion cody garbrandt. Specialist in Shotokan Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Full Contact and Kickboxing, Van Damme hit the fighter with a beautiful kick to the face and angered the Ultimate bantamweight.

Van Damme and Garbrandt seemed to be moving around the cage and exchanging blows lightly. But the actor caught the UFC athlete off guard and landed a full kick to the face. The blow visibly angered Cody, who cursed as soon as he received the blow.
“I was preparing the shot he showed me to correct. Then I stepped on my foot and he kicked me right in the teeth. It got dark,” said Garbrandt, to the North American website Bloody Elbow.
“I thought something like 'I'll take his head, but is Jean-Claude what should you do?' Suddenly he looks at me, falls to his knees and starts crying and says 'my champion' so I felt strange,” he added. Watch the coup below:
