Baiana used Twitter to once again ask for a fight against her compatriot in an attempt to 'leave a mark on the sport'

Amanda nunes is ready to make history in the octagon. The Bahian, UFC champion in the bantamweight division, once again challenged her compatriot Chris Cyborg, holder of the title in the featherweight category, to become the only female champion in two categories. Through a post on Twitter, the 'Leoa', as she is known, said she has nothing against her rival, but says that the duel between the Brazilians is the fight 'everyone wants to see'.

“First of all, I have nothing against Chris Cyborg. I believe that this is the fight that everyone wants to see and it is a fight in which we can both leave our marks on the sport” – Amanda wrote on the microblog in a post in English, marking her rival's profile.

Without wasting time, Cris responded to Amanda on the social network. Cyborg says she will defend her title against the top ranked player in her category and that her mark on the sport will be left in another way,

“I will face the number 1 available challenger with a featherweight win next. My mark in sport will be to open doors for all women”, wrote the woman from Paraná.
