After being challenged by Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 219, Conor McGregor used social media to criticize the Russian and harshly criticized his performance in the fight against Edson Barboza. For the Irishman, “Eagle” fought like a dog and was asking to be knocked out, like “most fighters in action nowadays”.

However, McGregor made it clear that he will only fight MMA again if Ultimate pays him “what he's worth”, making it clear that the lack of an agreement between the parties is indeed of a financial nature and revealed that he will start selling his personal whiskey in 2018 .

“That guy from Dagestan was a bitch the other night, you're all crazy. The game is full of beggars asking to be knocked out. Pay what I'm worth and the King returns. For real, for real, for real, get down on your knees and beg me. Otherwise, I don't even want to know. My whiskey starts to be sold this year and I'm going to make money like Diddy (rapper). And that, already having money like Diddy”, commented McGregor via his official Twitter.

Nurmagomedov didn't like the Irishman's response at all and responded, first by calling him a “quit machine”, and then with a series of “memes” in which he provokes the linear UFC lightweight champion. McGregor responded again, saying “he kills his animals to wear fur coats”. And he only uses them once.
