Dana White doesn't rule out Floyd Mayweather in the UFC: 'Anything is possible'

President of the organization reiterated that he is in negotiations with the multi-time boxing champion's team

Boxer Floyd Mayweather reappeared in the media last week to declare that he had received an offer to debut in MMA by the UFC before discarding his desire to test himself in a new sport. However, Dana White, who had revealed negotiations with the North American, reiterated that he continues to talk to the “Money” team about a possible agreement between the parties.

In an interview with North American broadcaster Fox Sports, the manager declared that he would have a meeting with businesspeople linked to Mayweather last Thursday (28) and guaranteed that an agreement was possible.

“With regards to Floyd Mayweather, I assure you that anything can happen. Don't reject any possibility. I will be having a conversation with Mayweather's team today (Thursday, 28th)”, declared White, explaining his previous words.

“He had talked about our negotiations before. That's why I spoke up when they asked me about it. Don't rule out the possibility of him coming to the UFC. Everything is possible. You know. I've been here talking to you and denied any chance of Mayweather vs. McGregor happening. And it ended up happening. I repeat, anything is possible”, he explained.
