UFC changes plans and scales Bate-Estaca against Tecia Torres

Ultimate changed the plans for the strawweight division. After initially thinking about putting the Brazilian Jessica Andrade against Karolina Kowalkiewicz, the company changed plans after another excellent victory Tecia torres.
