“I believe his word, because Anderson is a very mature and very experienced guy, and he is aware that he would not use one thing to commit himself to being suspended, tarnish his image. We believe there is some contamination in a product or supplement. All the products he used will be analyzed so that we can prove that there was contamination. The process is slow, it doesn't happen overnight, it requires time and investment, it's very expensive”, said Camões, in an interview with the program 'Revista Combate'.

Despite expecting Spider to be punished, Rogério assured that Anderson will still fight again.

“In life, when something is taken away from you, that's when you appreciate it most. The thing he wants most is to fight. I believe he will fight again... Everything will be clear. Of course there will be a penalty, we know the USADA rules and, even if there is contamination, the responsibility lies with the athlete for what he takes. As he is a repeat offender, he will (have) more. We are waiting for something just to know which path to take after everything”, added the physical trainer.

Anderson Silva has been preventively suspended since the announcement of the change in the anti-doping test. This is the second time the fighter has been caught in an exam. In January 2015, the substances drostanolone were found, an anabolic steroid that acts on muscles, causing them to grow and become more rigid, and androsterone, a derivative of testosterone. Because he had already fallen in a previous exam, Spider could face a sentence of up to four years, if it is proven that he acted in bad faith. As a result, Anderson would only fight again at the age of 46.
