Jiu-jitsu legend, Rickson Gracie was a notable presence on the small screen in the early hours of this Saturday. The black belt was interviewed by Serginho Groissman on the Altas Horas program on TV Globo.
“I’ve trained this my whole life with my brothers, cousins, friends, students, professionals. And my whole life I've always been successful because I brought together a series of components to get where I am. A dedication to health, a mental speed, an ability to control emotions, an ability to be aggressive without losing control,” he said.
The presenter also recalled that the fighter has three gyms in Los Angeles, where FBI agents and actors such as Clint Eastwood, Sylvester Stallone, Chuck Norris and Mel Gibson have trained.
