Much criticized for controversies outside the octagon, Covington guaranteed that no one can stop him in his self-promotion

Colby covington is truly willing to take on the role of 'MMA villain'. After collecting controversies and disagreements since he defeated Demian Maia No. UFC Sao Paulo, at the end of October, the North American has been heavy in his statements, when, for example, he called Brazilians 'filthy animals', and provoked rivals, collecting disaffection.

However, the bad image created around his name does not seem to worry the fighter. Through his social networks, 'Chaos', who assured that no one can stop him, said that he will not change his stance when it comes to promoting himself.

Still without a defined date or opponent for his return to the Octagon, Covington is coming off four consecutive victories at welterweight, achievements that have placed him in 3rd place in the division's rankings. In total, the loudmouth has nine fights in the organization, having won eight and losing just one, the only defeat of his career, when he was submitted by Warlley alves in December 2015.
