The Coliseu Extreme Fight rocked the city of Maceió on Friday night (9). The event, which was organized by former fighter and commentator Carlão Barreto, took the capital of Alagoas to the cream of national MMA, with balanced fights and illustrious presences of Mario Yamasaki, Marcelo Dourado and Rogério Minotouro.

One of the highlights of the event was Cassiano Tytschyo, who submitted black belt Delson “Lead Foot” and won the event belt. In the main fight of the show, local athlete Thiago Jambo beat Peruvian Daniel ”La Hiena” Aspe in a unanimous decision by the judges.

Cassiano “Tytschyo” submits Delson “Lead Foot"
In the duel between two of the best athletes active in Brazil, finisher Delson “Lead Foot” faced the aggressive Cassiano “Tyschyo”. From the beginning seeking the fall, “lead foot” survived a fair guillotine from Cassiano and worked on top with ground and pound in the first round. Following the strategy of the first round, Delson again took the fight to the ground and almost reached his opponent's back. But when the fight resumed on the feet, Tystchyo surprised and landed hard blows on “Lead Foot”, who, after a powerful knee, went to the ground. However, to the surprise of many, Cassiano made the same mistake as Rousimar Toquinho, at UFC Rio, and hastily stopped the punishment without the referee's intervention. But, still enjoying the good moment, Cassiano landed a fair guillotine choke and ended the fight.

Rodrigo “Taigra” surprises Amilcar Alves and wins belt
Seeking to score another victory on national soil after being fired from the UFC, Amilcar Alves started the fight against Rodrigo “Taigra” with a lot of study. Amilcar tried to use kicks and maintain medium distance, while Taigra wanted the fight in the clinch. Without much movement and lack of combativeness, the two athletes were punished by Mario Yamasaki, referee of the fight, with a yellow card, but the monotony of the fight continued the same and the fans' shouts of “red, red” were the highlights.
