Thiago Pitbull returns against Zak Cummings at UFC St. Louis

In Ultimate since 2005, Pitbull is a veteran in the house, having already had 22 fights in the company, totaling 14 triumphs and eight setbacks. His most recent performance was in April this year, when he beat Patrick Côté on points at UFC 210, recovering from two consecutive defeats suffered against Carlos Condit e Jim Miller (like light weight). He even challenged for the welterweight belt against Georges St Pierre at the historic UFC 100, in 2009, but was dominated by the Canadian. At 33 years old, he has a record with 22 positive results and 11 negative results.

Like the Brazilian, Cummings hasn't been in action since April, when he submitted Nathan Coy. A participant in TUF 17, he has already had eight fights in the UFC, with six victories, including one over Brazilian Yan Cabral, and two defeats, the last of which was in August 2016, when he was defeated by the Argentine Santiago Ponzinibbio. In total, he has 21 triumphs and five setbacks as an MMA professional.

Besides Thiago Pitbull, another Brazilian confirmed for the card in St. Louis is the middleweight Vitor belfort, who is fighting the last fight of his UFC contract against the Jamaican Uriah Hall.
