In an interview with the North American program The TSN MMA Show, White lamented yet another health problem. Jon Jones and declared that he had the possibility of even becoming UFC heavyweight champion one day.

“He’s probably the biggest waste of all time. In all sports. This guy is so talented. God only knows what he'd be doing now if he'd stayed out of all the trouble he's gotten himself into. He could be heavyweight world champion and have a streak of title defenses that would never be surpassed. The list is very long of what could happen to the career of Jon Jones without the problems”, lamented Dana, guaranteeing that he no longer has any expectations regarding the former champion.

“Whatever happens with his suspension, it will happen. Believe me, I no longer have any expectations and I am not interested in this mentally or emotionally,” she commented.
