Anderson on Okami: “I train to face the best in the world”

The Brazilian Anderson Silva has not found opponents in the UFC's middleweight division and the champion's next challenge will have a special attraction. The “Spider” faces the Japanese Yushin Okami at UFC Rio, on August 27th, in the capital of Rio, and does not feel pressured to defend his reign at home.

“I don’t feel pressure about it. I've been training with the best for a long time and I have no pressure,” said Anderson, during the UFC press conference, held this Tuesday. “I train to face the best in the world and I'm excited for this fight”, he added.

The Tupiniquim athlete also made a point of commenting on the fame he gained in the country, after the significant increase in MMA space in the major Brazilian media.
