the focus of Conor McGregor is focused on August 26th, when he will face, in Las Vegas (USA), Floyd Mayweather in a boxing fight, but the Irishman seems not to forget José Aldo. After engaging in an intense rivalry with the Brazilian, the current UFC lightweight champion recalled the fateful duel in December 2015, when he knocked out Aldo in just 13 seconds, to state that the outcome of his next challenge will be the same: opponent knocked out and his arm raised at the end of the fight.

“This is supposedly the biggest fight of all, so wait until Floyd goes down before people start saying he's not in his prime anymore. He will become the Aldo (of boxing) of tomorrow. Aldo was Floyd at a certain stage, and ended up becoming nothing. I'm used to seeing this. I'm used to people seeing me as a joke: “He's a joke, what is he doing? Look at how he's moving”, but then the poor guy who has to face me has to suffer the consequences, and ends up blacked out, and then I move on to the next challenge. Nothing will change”, he declared, during a conversation with the press last Friday (11), in Las Vegas (USA).
The highly anticipated clash between Mayweather and McGregor will headline the 'May-Mac' show in Las Vegas. During the week, the preliminary fights for the card were announced, which will feature eight fights.
