After being fired from UFC due to problems outside the octagon, Brandão, 30 years old, signed with FNG and won both fights held in the organization. The most recent was in May this year, when he needed just 39 seconds to knock out Vener Galiev. At 30 years old, the Ceará native, who won the 14th edition of The Ultimate Fighter, has a record of 22 wins and 11 losses.

Aliev, in turn, has five good results, including a knockout over Brazilian Ivan Batman. At 27 years old, the Russian defeated former UFC fighter Efrain Escudero in his last exhibition, last February. In total, he has 15 triumphs and four setbacks as a professional.

Maldonado, on the other hand, is not having a good time, although he knocked out Abdul-Khamid Davlyatov in his most recent fight, in March. Before, he had four consecutive stumbles, including the controversial fight with Fedor Emelianenko. At 37 years old, Caipira de Aço has a record with 23 positive results and 11 negative results. His opponent, the Russian Omarov, has a perfect record with eight wins, four of which by knockout.

Toquinho last fought last July, when he submitted Alexei Ivanov in just 37 seconds. At 37 years old, Toquinho had two consecutive defeats, both by knockout. Before submitting Ivanov, his last triumph had been against Jake Shields, at WSOF, in August 2015, an event in which he was champion, but ended up being fired after holding on too long in the submission against the American. In total, Toquinho has 19 positive results and eight negative results on his record. Amirov, the Brazilian's opponent, won the three fights he fought as a professional.
