UFC 214 promises a lot of emotions for MMA fans. In the last appointment before the show, the weigh-in ceremony had a bit of everything: staring, teasing and even a 'kiss'.
Protagonists of the main fight of the night, Daniel Cormier e Jon Jones they exchanged provocations again. Jones, visibly emotional upon returning to competition, took the stage first and weighed 92,8 kg, 200 grams less than the limit for the light heavyweight category. He closed the controversy and gave Dana White a long handshake, president of the franchise, Cormier took the stage smiling and waving to the fans. He weighed 93 kg. regulations and went to face the rival. Jones opened his arms, smiled and sent a 'kiss' to his rival.

In addition to Cormier x Jones, UFC 214 features two other title fights with Brazilians in action. The Curitiba Chris Cyborg took the stage with the Brazilian flag painted on his face. She was quite celebrated when she entered the arena and had a warm face to face with Tonya Evinger.
“Good evening, Cyborg Nation! I’ll show you on Saturday why I haven’t lost for 12 years”, said Cris.
Demian, who challenges the champion Tyron woodley for the welterweight belt, he took the stage as calmly as ever. The São Paulo native weighed exactly 77,1 kg. – the same weight as his rival – and made a respectful face to the champion. Afterwards, the fighters shook hands.

UFC 214
UFC 214 will be the organization's main event in 2017 so far. The event, which features three title fights, two involving Brazilians, takes place this Saturday (29), in Anaheim (USA), starting at 20pm.
