Dana White, president of the UFC, was not happy with Mario Yamasaki's performance in the main fight of UFC Oklahoma, held this Sunday (25). The Brazilian was involved in a controversial move by hastily interrupting the fight between Michael chiesa e Kevin Lee: at the end of the first round, claiming that Chiesa was not responding to defend himself from the submission applied by Lee, the referee ended the fight, even without the fighter's three taps.
Furious, the manager did not spare Yamasaki from criticism, even contesting the 'little heart' that Mario usually makes before duels.

“Mário Mazzagatti did it again!!! This guy is more concerned with this idiocy of making a big deal than with refereeing the fight!!! He stole an excellent moment from Lee and also prevented Mike from fighting or hitting. Nobody gives a shit if you make a little heart with your hands like a 12-year-old girl. People want you to pay attention to what is happening in the fight and do your job,” wrote Dana White on social media.
Despite the controversial move, Lee's victory was confirmed by submission at 4:37 of R1. The Commission responsible for the event has not yet commented on the case.
