Brazilian André Dida already has an opponent for his debut in the Dream lightweight GP. The black belt, from Universidade da Luta, will face the American Eddie Alvarez, who has a contract with EliteXC, but was released by the entity to compete in the tournament in Japan. Alvarez himself confirmed the fight.
“The fight is 100%, I have already received feedback from my manager, Monte Cox, everything is ok. Everything was approved and I will sign there (in Japan). I'm 10 to fight in the lightweight Grand Prix. I’m excited,” he said.
