The welterweight Warlley alves is out of the fight against Kiichi Kunimoto at UFC Auckland, scheduled for June 10th, in New Zealand. The Brazilian's injury was not revealed, and Ultimate acted quickly to find a replacement to face the Japanese on the card. It will be the American Zak Ottow.

Warlley would look to recover, after losing two in a row. His last performance was in November 2016, when he was dominated by Kamaru Usman No. UFC Sao Paulo. TUF Brazil 3 champion, Alves has four wins and two losses in the organization. In total, he has a record with 10 positive results and two negative results.
Ottow, who will replace the Brazilian, has only two fights in Ultimate, with a 50% success rate. He debuted by defeating Josh Burkman in October 2016, but was defeated by Serginho Moraes last November.
Kunimoto, in turn, hasn't fought since February 2015, when he was submitted by Neil Magny. Previously, he had won three fights in the UFC, including a victory over the Brazilian Daniel sarafian. At 35 years old, he has accumulated 18 triumphs, six setbacks, two draws and one unsuccessful fight.
The UFC Auckland card will be headlined by the heavyweight duel between Derrick Lewis e Mark Hunt. Brazilian light heavyweight Henrique Frankenstein is also confirmed on the show: he faces Ion cutelaba.
