The fighter Dileno Lopes, finalist of TUF Brasil 4 and with UFC experience, caused controversy when he complained about the lack of support from Amazonians towards Ketlen Scallop, Ultimate bantamweight athlete and born in Manaus. Through a social network, Dileno criticized the reception given to Ketlen, who last Saturday (15) defeated Ashlee Evans-Smith at UFC Kansas, and compared the situation with that of Big Brother Brasil runner-up Vivian, who was applauded at the airport .

The fighter posted two photos to illustrate the episode. In the first, showing Vieira's arrival at the airport, being received only by family and friends. In another, he revealed a “print” of a Whatsapp conversation, showing a message stating that the BBB participant was invited to the State Legislative Assembly.
“I'm not against the BBB lady, congratulations to her, it's her merits. But let's be more respectful of people, manauaras, I've never been one to talk or complain on social media here, but I'm going to talk now. When the former BBB arrived in Manaus, all the cameras turned to her and she was even invited to the Legislative Assembly at the invitation of a Deputy. Soon after, she had our warrior's fight in the UFC Ketlen Scallop which represented us by carrying the flag of our Manaus outside of Brazil and which also brought victory over an American. And yet no one remembered our first Women's MANAUARA who already has 2 fights and 2 wins in the biggest UFC event in the world. And after her victory, she came to Manaus and only family and friends welcomed her at the airport. And then I ask you: where is the value and consideration that the mayor of Manaus has for our Manaus athlete who represents us around the world at the biggest UFC event in the world? Where ?
Please Mayor, let's value Manaus Athletes more. That they are the ones who are taking this fucking name of Manaus around the world every month! Where is our support? If you have your opinions, please comment until you reach greater powers. Why stop being silent!” wrote the former UFC athlete.
Despite the complaint, Dileno made a point of explaining that he was not criticizing Vivian, but merely demanding greater recognition from Amazonian Ketlen.
