As with practically his entire reign as flyweight champion, Demetrious Johnson dominated his rival Against the Brazilian Wilson reis, the champion and submitted in the third round of the main fight of UFC Kansas, an event held this Saturday (15). The event saw DJ make history. With the triumph over Reis, Mighty Mouse equaled the record for Anderson Silva: now both have 10 consecutive defenses of their belts.

Johnson used his jab, high kick and dodge to frustrate Wilson reis for much of the first two rounds. At the end of the second round, he managed an excellent takedown and was hurting the Brazilians with elbows until the bell sounded. In the third round, however, Mighty Mouse didn't forgive, he took Wilson down again and, after another rain of elbows, caught his arm and submitted him.
