Dong Hyun Kim faces Colby Covington at UFC Singapore

The UFC Singapore card, scheduled for June 17th, is starting to take shape. After the announcement of the duel between Rafael dos Anjos e Tarec saffiedine for the show, it was time for the welterweight (up to 77kg) confrontation Dong Hyun Kim x Colby covington also be confirmed for the event.

Kim, 35, is a veteran of the organization. In the UFC since 2008, he has 17 fights, with 13 wins, three losses and one no contest. In the last eight times he stepped into the octagon, he won seven, being surpassed only by the current champion Tyron woodley. In his most recent fight, he defeated Tarec saffiedine at UFC 207 last December.

Covington, in turn, only debuted in Ultimate in 2014, but has already had seven fights at home, achieving six positive results and one negative, when he was submitted by the Brazilian Warlley alves at UFC 194. Since then, he has had three victories, the last over Bryan barberenain December 2016.
